This approach focuses on accompanying the consultant in becoming aware of the background of their illness or conflictive situation, and from that clarity, being able to make decisions regarding that issue today. It is a deep process where we go through certain points of the present, past, past of ancestors and resignify it, generating changes in the present and therefore in the future. Behind illnesses and conflictive situations are our great learnings. Therefore, giving yourself that moment of understanding generates a great step in your personal evolution. 

It represents a very valuable "Awareness" for the rest of life. And thus achieve autonomy on the way forward. The therapies to apply depend on the case as well as the number of sessions. 

 

Modality: A first session is coordinated where we generally come to understand the background of the disease or conflictive situation, and there, according to what is reached, we see if another session is necessary.

 

Session Duration: 2 hours approx.

 

It can be in virtual or face-to-face mode.
