MEDITATIONS

The group will learn the various ways of meditating: meditations in movement, meditation with mantras, meditation with music, guided meditations, silent meditation;  Obtaining a tool for themselves for the day to day to achieve connection and internal calm. 

 

Modality:One meeting, the 1st Saturday of each month, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

We start in May.

The Space is located in the Malvín neighborhood, Alejandro Gallinal 1531 esq. Pilcomayo, Montevideo.

 

Cost:The cost of each meeting is $1250 Uruguayan
